Weekly Snack ScheduleJ. Allen Axson Montessori is a promoter of healthful habits in children. As nutrition is an important part of a child’s development, we encourage you to send only wholesome foods for snack. We need enough snacks to serve 23 children for one week.
| SNACK RECOMMENDATIONS
Creativity is Welcomed! • Crackers • Applesauce • Bananas, grapes, apples or other fresh fruit • Carrots with a light dressing • Graham crackers • Gold Fish • Pretzels • Popcorn • Animal Crackers • Fruit cups • Raisins • Water or 100% juice ( I prefer water) Along with the snack items please include napkins and 3-5 oz cups. (2 gallons of juice will last the week. Please do not send sodas.)
